Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective from 1st January 2025 | Mankirat Finance

1. General Terms

Mankirat Finance provides financial and investment services where payments made are generally for processing or onboarding fees. These fees are non-refundable once the service or registration is initiated.

2. Service Fee / Onboarding Charges

  • Any DSA onboarding fee (₹1500) or registration charge is non-refundable.
  • Processing fees for loan or investment assistance are applicable only once and cannot be reversed after payment.
  • Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances after initiation of the service.

3. Investment Plans

  • Investment contributions made by customers are governed under the specific investment plan’s policy and tenure.
  • Early withdrawal or cancellation may lead to deductions or reduced benefits as per plan terms.
  • Mankirat Finance is not liable for returns lost due to premature termination or policy breach.

4. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by error (with valid proof)
  • Technical issues resulting in failed service activation

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the same payment mode.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Once a service or investment plan has been activated, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
  • DSA registration, once approved, cannot be canceled or transferred.
  • In case of mistaken transactions, users must contact support within 24 hours.
